From what I see there are hundreds of them.
Different types of http's of wordpress and blogspots floating around in cyberspace with the words and thoughts of people all over the world.
Unchanged. Frozen. In time and space. And I wonder about them. Where are those people who wrote those words? Are they happy now? That’s why they feel that they don't need to bitch about their lives anymore?
Are they still alive? Have they lost the battles that they use to speak so often about? I came across this blog which I think is really cool and funny. But there has not been any action recently.
I find it kinda sad though, to think of all the blogs out there…never to have their happy endings...just left like that, as if their 'masters' have died. Its like an unfinished painting. You will never really know what the artist was thinking about when it was first visualized.
It makes me wonder when will my blog die?
Or will I end it with a happy note?

I think most people see their blogs as an embodiment of a specific time in their lives... and then they outgrow them. Whow knows, maybe blog death is as unpredictable as real death :P
I think about stuff like that all the time... but about random stuff..like.. this orange juice I'm drinking now. who picked the oranges? what are they doing? How much were they paid?
I think your right Azra
Mash, you just gave me a whole lotta thinking to do now!
Mmm... True. Blogs are like diaries for a lot of people, and diaries rarely have an "ending". Blogs are like a personal news broadcast to others, and similarly, news services don't usually have an ending point.
It is interesting to think about the blogs of people who pass away, though. An especially interesting thought is: What will their last post say about them?
@TheSovietChairman that is a very good question indeed!
i've been browsing blogs, just clicking, clicking, reading some that catch my eye, but not many and i've found that many are just dormant, and either finished, or waiting for something else to happen.
mm now i wonder when mine will be over.
I wouldn't doubt it if Heather actually died from embarrassment.....
@MrBabysM I wonder that too...and it makes me very sad
